I'm making a point of leaving a review on this web site because a couple of recent negative reviews almost scared me off of doing business with CTI. In particular, I was concerned with prior comments to the effect that CTI "slow-tracked" orders with free shipping. Obviously, I cannot comment on other shoppers' experience. I can say, however, that my experience was excellent in every way. I purchased a Xerox Documate 510 scanner. CTI had the best price by far out of many merchants I looked at and I took advantage of the free shipping. I did not experience any delay in shipment as a couple of other reviewers have stated. I placed the order on Sunday and I immediately received a confirmation by email. On Monday I received an email confirming that my order was in process, and on Tuesday I was sent a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. The unit arrived 6 days later from the East Coast (I am in CA). The unit is clearly brand new and arrived with all the documentation, accessories and software in perfect condition. This was a really excellent shopping experience and saved me a great deal of money. I really could not have afforded this scanner if I had not found such a good price with CTI. I would recommend this merchant to anyone.
