The file cart is made of particle board and the first time I received the file cart, it was damaged. Manufacturers should insure that their packing is sufficient - especially for items such as particle board which break easily. When I contacted CSN about the damage, the representative was very helpful and polite. They replaced the cart quickly and I won't hesitate to use this company in the future because of Joe, the representative I spoke with. Thanks, Joe!

We were searching for a double locker for our kids. The web site was easy to use and understand. The delivery speed and accuracy of our order was great, the order arrived within the 2-3 week time frame as advertised. We especially appreciated the email notifications of shipping and delivery status. The quality of the product is outstanding, very sturdy and real wood with large hooks for hanging items. The shelves on top slide into sturdy brackets. I know this piece of furniture will be around for years and we're happy to see all the kids stuff in the locker.

CSN was fine. I still haven't received my order from UPS. Even though CSN offers free shipping, they may want to reconsider using UPS. I ordered my purchase almost two weeks ago and I'm very disappointed that I haven't recieved it. I would think twice before ordering from this company again.

Excellent with unexpected rapid delivery. Info given at checkout led me to believe order would be delivered in several weeks, which was longer than I hoped. However, when order was filled I received information that the order would be delivered within that same week. That was great news, and the only recommendation I would make is that a better estimate be given at checkout or when the order is actually submitted.

Customer service was excellent and so was the pricing. As a suggestion of overall improvement for this vendor, I would suggest getting resources out of the warehouse in a more timely manner. Seven to fourteen days isn't an acceptable time to wait on a resource. Otherwise, I will use this CSN again.
