Ordered a beautiful leather Hamlin Park 'quick ship' sofa in February..there were delays. CSN customer service tried to make amends but they were part of the problem. We received 2 item has shipped notices followed by 'oops' emails. We received this

The couches took so long to ship so I ended picking them up at the last big city stop - only 30 min away. The customer service was quick and helpful - I delt with them via email.

My item was suppose to be a quick ship, I ordered it Feb.22, still have not gotten it. I called they just said in progress and I would be called...I have not gotten a call. My paypal account was charged..I will be paying my credit card bill before I even get the sofa. I was dissappointed in the term in stock "quick ship". I cant judge the quality of the sofa since I haven't gotten it yet.

"I bought sofa from them in April (order# 2572453). Received heavily damaged. Cancelled replacement due to that I was afraid sofas would be damaged as well due to terrible shipper(Bekins). Didn't want the headache. They advertise free shipping, but they kept $560.00 from my refund (shipping costs-RT) - It's their policy they say, but they should hold shipper responsible for damage, I said....but it didn't matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their "WHITE GLOVE" Delivery service is really "TOILET PAPER" service. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE-- DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! "

Some man i dealt with was arrogant and an a**hole. They lost my sofa and it was delayed twice. It wound up in Ohio because that apparently looks the same as NEW JERSEY.
