Ordered products that were "In Stock" that were not. Was back ordered first and then told it was available. Was told multible times it would be shipped and was not! Still have not recieved the full order and being told some has been discontinued. Has been the biggest x@#$% mess I have ever seen!!!!!

My order was placed 03/24/08. It is now 04/15/08 and it has not yet arrived. I have zero trust with this vendor/company. I hope that I have not been duped into paying for a set that would never arrive. The site will not even provide me with some sort of tracking number. In addition, they provided conflicting eta. My online account order show item was shipped on 03/28/08 but site sent me an email on 04/08/08 stating order will be shipping later than expected. So, which is it?

I thought everything would be fine because I spoke to a customer service representative and he was friendly. However after an email with photos of the damage and no reply. Followed up by 4 phone calls to the representative even though he never was available and never returned my call, I would say I am very unhappy and will never purchase from you all again.

I had ordered the Futon on November 26, 2007 and the website advertised quick turn around for shipping but emailed me shortly after placing the order a delayed shipping date. I had ordered it as a Christmas gift. I was not contacted to say that the item would not make the promised date so when I followed up by phone I was informed that parts were back-ordered and not expected in until January. I had to cancel the order and shop another merchant.

I received the package in good condition-- but I received NO information on helpful ways to put the cover on. I also understand why they say no returns-- the cover is impossible to get on, and when I did it get on, the mattress kept slipping...It would have been helpful to know this could be a problem and how to deal with it-- so, my $157 new cover is ripped already, the mattress is sagging, I have no warranty, received no instructions and wasted a very good chunk of change, which I don't have-- this company prides themselves on quality products, but the products do not stand alone. Will not recommend the futon coverall, and will not recommend CSN. I know am using my old cover with better results.

Absolutely terrible. Do not use this vendor EVER. I ordered my futon and it arrived damaged, with a scratch in the wood and a sprung hinge. I called to get a replacement hinge and they asked me if anything else was damaged. I mentioned the wood scratch

CSN Futons is the WORST on-line purchasing experience I have ever had!!! We ordered a futon and were charged for the purchase on September 3rd, 2005. It finally arrived the end of October, in a severely damaged box, and damaged wood, that you could see through the ripped box. We refused the order and immediately called the company. They said a new one would be shipped immediately.
In DECEMBER, the futon arrived in a new box. We then drove 2 hours to the mountains so we could assemble the futon at the cabin. When we opened the box, the damaged futon frame was in there, coming apart and scratched. We had to purchase wood screws, re drill new holes and basically rebuild the futon BEFORE we could begin the usual assembly of the frame. This was such a bad experience I would rate this company a ZERO. I have also written a report to the Better Business Bureau. The entire ordeal took 4 months and was totally unsatisfactory. |

No mention of back-order when ordered. It would be shipped in 2-7 days. On day seven I contacted them to ask why it still showed it was at the warehouse, I was told, it was shipped, it takes a couple of day for the warehouse to update the status. Emailed them a couple of days later, received an email response that it would not be shipped for 42 days. I cancelled the order.
I like information, such as out of stock, up front. If it is out of stock or back-ordered they should contact me. When I call about the status, I don't like being lied to. The fact they thought it would be acceptable to ship 50 days late is incredible. Not once did they initiate any contact to notify me of what was going on with my order. All contact was on my part. Most dealers have price matching, so don't go with the advertised low price. Buy from someone else. |
