CSN had the best price I could find, and no local stores sold a drafting chair like this. I had never shopped with them, but was pleased at the quick delivery (shipped from the West Coast), easy web tracking, and on-time arrival. Great chair, I might add, and a good experience with this company.

I was impressed and very satisfied with the selection and variety that CSN Chairs provided. I'm a large woman and require a more sturdy and spacious chair than is normally available in the brick-and-mortar stores. The only complaint I have with the chair I bought is there isn't a lever to lock it in place in a reclining or semi-recling position. I have short legs and have the seat as low as it will go so I was hopeful that the lever that locks/unlocks the recling feature was present. However, it will not lock in any other position than horizontal. You have the option to tilt back and forth or not to tilt. I need to tilt the seat back a hair so I don't keep slipping down the seat. Aside: The mesh fabric is great and very comfortable, but very slick.

It is 9 Feb and I still haven't received my ~$800 Knoll Chadwich chair which was ordered 19 Jan and supposed to ship 22 Jan. The current estimate is that it will ship 27 Feb. That is five! weeks after I ordered it a chair that was supposed to ship in three! days. I think some compensation such as free shipping is in order.

Tell the customer service phone folks to tell the truth: about fixing any merchandize problems and about a realistic date of completion so customers don't have to call back for a progress status.

Maybe consider a different shipper. One of the three boxes was mostly damaged (the chair was still in pretty good shape) and the other two were delivered upside down. I guess the "this side up" arrow must be confusing to them. Also, the base of the chairs were a little darker than they were portrayed in the picture on the website. Otherwise, very nice chairs for the price.

The chair I wanted was implied to be readily available in the e-mails sent to me but in fact the chair was going to take much longer than expected to receive. Then I received an e-mail the item would be delayed even further. I love the chair but need better service. I bought a different chair from somewhere else.

The chairs are larger than I thought and the wood seems to get scratched alot. The process was easy and the chairs came when promised.

The only thing that I didn't like was the shipping took too long, and this is for a large business. The product itself was fine. There was no was though to upgrade the shipping.

(1) This package required my signature. (2) Due to my recent job assignment from other State I am new here and live alone. Monday-Friday when the delivery man brought it to me, I was out of my residence so I had to go to pick it up at the delivery company site. (3)On weekdays I could not get out of my work before 5 p.m. So only Saturday was OK. The local USPS office is near and they are open on Saturdays. But the UPS is located so far away in a major city, they are closed on Saturday. I should have been asked and given an option regarding which delivery company I would accept. PRODUCT One of the hand rails had a whitish scrape marks about 4 " x 2.5" stretch.
