I ordered a fan from this company. Called a few days later to find out when it was going to be shipped, and was told the next day. I then received an email the next day saying they were sorry the fan was not available. Totally unacceptable to sell merchanidse that you do not have.

When the fan arrived, I put it together and it would not work. I called the 800 number on the information papers that came with it. I was told that the motor was most likely the problem, and they will ship me a new one. I'm waiting for it to arrive.

CSN Ceiling Fans offered a full combination of fan body and blade finishes, that was not available from other vendors. I ordered a "hugger" style fan, and other web sites had very limited options for that style, but CSN had exactly what I wanted. I received the fan I ordered within a week, and the tracking email was accurate. The fan was easy to install, it went up just like the directions described. If I'd known the new fan would be this quiet, I'd have gotten rid of that old clunker sooner!

They need to keep their website updated. If a product is out of stock, the site should let you know that. Instead of making you wait two weeks and then receive an email that they are waiting for a shipment and it will be another two weeks. Then two weeks after that, receive ANOTHER email stating that it will be another two weeks. If you don't have the product or can't get it - TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE!
