Very disappointing experience.
I shopped around on-line and found the lowest price at CSN Baby.
I placed the order with plenty of time to get for Christmas.
A WEEK LATER, I was informed via email that not one but both items were backordered. Both till after Christmas. (One till JANUARY 25th!)
I emailed customer service to inquire as to why they would sell items that they did not have, and why it took a week to let me know. That delay meant I could not order them elsewhere in time for the holiday - not enough time plus other companies were then out of stock as well. (They were in out of stock when I originally placed the order.)
I also informed them that their website STILL listed the bed set as in stock for sale! (The plush blanket did say "out of stock.")
The whole experience sounded like a scam. I cancelled the bedding set and ordered it from Bed Bath and Beyond. (Thanks to rush shipping, it arrived to be put out for Christmas morning.)
I did not cancel the plush blanket (yet) as I have not found it in stock elsewhere. May have to check eBay.
I requested that the LEAST customer service could do for me would be to send me the blanket without charging for shipping. According to the pending invoice, that request will be granted (once they get it in late January).
All in all, I tried to save $10 and ended up with a hassle. I do not anticipate shopping at CSN (__anything) again.

Tracking process to Canada is horrible. You can only see that the product is going to US and not to the final destitation.

I ordered the moses basket with a blue patchwork bumber and it arrived with a pink bumber i contacted CSN and was very
impressed with how friendly and easy the request to get the
correct one but after a week i had not received it so I called and the first gentleman did not take the time to research the order just said it had not shipped check back
so the next day i spoke with Katie and found out the warehouse had not received the request she took care of it and I received the correct bumber within a couple days i
think you have a friendly staff and that means alot when shopping online. i have returned the incorrect item with the label provided overall I had a great experience and would shop with you again.

ordered our baby dresser from CSN baby only to find out AFTER we completed our order that the item was on backorder with no estimated date that it'll be stocked. So we called and asked to have our order changed. It took a couple days, but we managed to do it. Then delivery - first of all, you have to schedule an appointment for the delivery guy to drop it off. So we did. A 4 hour time frame. Not to mention, my husband had to take off work because the trucking company cannot deliver the furniture into our house without "help" from us. 1.5 hours AFTER our scheduled time frame, we finally get it. Now we understasnd the trucking company is not CSN baby, but they need to take responsibility for the trucking company that they are doing business with. Overall not a very satisfying experience and we'd only buy from CSNbaby again if we absolutely had to.

great selection of products, good prices, great customer service. for the negative however, stock-keeping needs some work: for half of the items i bought, there were repeated delays & backorders; one item was confirmed to be shipped, then it turned out was discontinued, then the alternative colour was backordered 1.5months. i bought these all online, perhaps it's more reliable to call in an order.
order tracking has been half-and-half as well: for one item, i received the shipment before the email notification that it had been shipped, although i wouldn't call that a problem it does reflect the accuracy of tracking notification! for another backordered item there was a confusing situation where i was emailed that it was backordered again & could cancel, and then they emailed again a few hours later saying that the item had been shipped. i had to call in to sort out which email was right. for all the other items however, tracking of order progress and shipping, along with delivery dates, was reliable.
i would shop again at this merchant, but next time i will be calling in my order, and only buying if i can get absolute confirmation that the item is in stock & ready to be shipped. i don't mind waiting for a product, but i want to decide if i can before i pay. i found customer service over the phone to be excellent.
