Service and Quality is great. I only had one problem. One box was damaged in shipping and returned to the factory. CSN Lighting did not know about this and did not initiate a replacement order until I called them two weeks later. Customer Service took care of this immediately.

we are so very pleased over the quality, and aesthetic of the Aria Series ceiling lamps. It is so very hard to find quality colored glass sconce's today. The variations in color remind me of Murano glass, which I covet, but cannot afford to own.

I had been all over town looking for a light (actually 2) like this with no avail. I searched major companies online with no avail or theirs were too expensive if I found something. Then I accidentally fell onto this store (CSN) and immediately found the lights I had been looking for. I called the company immediately to ask a few questions and got wonderful service. SO I ordered online and received them very quickly. I love the lights and the service I received. I definitely will be going back if I need more of their products.. Thank you CSN!!!!

There were proplems with the online system when I first tried to place the order. It would not finish the order and I starter over several times. I phoned the vendor and they said to keep trying. I used the vendor before and everything went smooth and I liked the web site. When I recieved the order they sent two instead on one. I was billed properly for one. I phoned the vendor and received an email a few days later saying I did not need to return the extra item. In spite of the problems, I would give them another chance if I need more lighting.

recieved everything on time. however its been approx 3 weeks since i called cust service about a part of the chandelier the was broken in transit. she explained it would take about 2 weeks. i cannot mount the chandelier until i receive the part. hope everything is resolved soon or i will need to send the light back. would much rather have the replacement part.question # 7 remains to be seen but had to answer it to get the survey in.

Given hundreds or even thousands of products in a given category, they make it extremely easy to narrow down choices and make a selection. Delivery is timely and customer service, when needed, is highly responsive and professional. I received one lighting fixture with a manufacturing defect, which CSN promptly replaced without question. I have recommended CSN repeatedly to friends.

Product selection is so extensive it could be daunting to shop. But they have a drill-down search function that is absolutely outstanding! If you know what you want, chances are they have it, and it's easy to find. Price was excellent, too.
