Shipping costs are too high and slow. Tried to cancel my order well within 24 hours but your computers were down and it was delayed and therefore the order shipped when it should not have.

Online shopping was easy and selection was large (would like to see more CFL fixtures as needed in California). I ordered two of the same wall sconce, and received one in about a week's time. I didn't receive any notice about the second one being delayed or backordered, so two weeks after the one arrived, I called about the second one. I was told it was just recently shipped and hope to see it this week.

Shopping experience was fine. They charged my order to my credit card immediately. I had to make a return, & I am still awaiting my refund. They have had the product for three weeks, but they can't process my return for 4 -- 6? That's disappointing. With electronic banking, the process should not take so long.

Three Globe lights fixtures were easy to install. But one had mismatched not chrome push-on part - semi mat nickel finish instead. Too much bother to return etc etc and not too noticeable put in the middle of three. Nice prices too. Gwen

i HAVE THE SAME LIGHTING FIXTURES IN MY NEW HOME. I HAD AN EXTRA AREA THAT RECESSED BACK BESIDE THE SHOWER WALL. i ALSO HAD A COUPLE OF OAK SPINDLES LELT FROM MY STAIRCASE, SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A SMALL TABLE TO FILL IN THE AREA AND PUT A LIGHT OVER A PICTURE. WOULD MAKE A BEAUTIFUL ACCENT TO MY MASTERBATH.I HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE LIGHT FIXTURE UP YET, BUT I KNOW IT WILL LOOK LOVELY WHEN COMPLETED. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT AND I THANK CSN FOR ALL THE FIXTURES THEY HAVE. LATER I WOULD LIKE TO ADD 2 PENDANT LIGHTS OVER MY ISLAND WHERE THERE IS NOW RECRESS LIGHTS. TRACKING REPORTED THAT BOTH LAMPS WERE LEFT AT MY DOOR. THE SECOND LAMP THAT I ORDERED WAS NOT LEFT AT MY DOOR AND COULDN'T EVEN BE DELIVERED UNTIL MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER. WHY WAS THIS ITEM EVEN LISTED ON YOUR WEB SITE??

I found the people good to deal with. The problem is that my light arrived with two problems. One globe was broken, and that could have been resolved by shipping another globe. The other issue involved a scratch on the metal part of the wall lamp. I was concerned that the quality of the light was in question. I was disappointed with how the package was shipped. It was not secured sufficiently in the box, and the box may have been too big for the light. Initially, I was told that I had to accept a new light or pay for the initally shipping and to return it. I found that unacceptable. I had no problem paying for one way of the shipping. Ultimately, that was accepted. The young man in customer service who helped me on the second day was willing to go the extra mile to talk with the supervisor who decided that I would not be required to pay for shipping both ways. Once CSN understood that there were two problems with the light, I was credited with a refund minus the shipping. I will do business with the company again because they addressed the problem in a reasonable manner.

Lamps I received not like online picture- glass shade looked much more translucent than it actually was. Lots of hidden fees for return. Buying return protection plan makes just as expensive as other site. Very disappointed.
