Replacement parts took to long to be shipped. The replacement parts were incorrect parts that were shipped. Still waiting for the correct parts. I am pleased though with the customers service we have been receiving.

Overall experience was good. Got conflicting answers from customer service representatives regarding backorder and shipping, but in the end everything eventually came as expected. Crib had a slight dent in two of the front pieces of wood from packaging, but no other issues.
