Product was as promised. Price could have been better, but CSN Baby was the only merchant offering it after all. I would also like CSN Baby to be a part of the Upromise college fund program. Helping fund my sons college education would have been a bonus to purchasing at CSN Baby.

the customer service persons were very professional and courteous. However when we received the item, exterior of the box was damaged and packing materials were severely deformed. To our surprise, only one piece of part was damaged. We called the CSN Baby for the replacement and we were treated very nicely. And they told us they will ship the item within 5-7 days. That was over 2 weeks ago and we still have not received the damaged piece. The CSN Baby's customer service persons are very nice but they need to improve on follow up.

I was very pleased with the experience. When I placed the order it said it was not available until December 17th which was fine with me I wasn't in any hurry. I received the order within a few days to my surprise. I received it in good condition. There were no hassles and the website was pretty easy and quick to order from.

The website indicated the hutch was IN STOCK at the time of the order and when I attempted to cancel the order for the hutch today, I was advised it will take 2 days to cancel. It didnt take 2days to place the order and take my money!!!!! I am very dissatisfied with this merchant.

We placed an order for multiple items. So far, we've received two items (little or no damage and very easy to assemble), and I was notified today that another one has been shipped. The staff is courteous when we call for status, and we always receive an email follow up. I was disappointed that our crib had been delayed almost a month, but the email I received was very accomodating if we needed to make other arrangements. Good thing we ordered early and have some time to spare. I've been sharing this site with my friends that are baby shopping as well.

I actually got the order ahead of schedule~ It arrived before I even got the e-mail that is was scheduled for shipping! All was great, a few small nicks on the crib paint, but nothing a little touch-up paint can't fix; Very minor and certainly not a big deal considering the great price I got on the crib.

The crib was beautiful and received in good condition, however, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. CSN Baby did state that it might take that long, but I just thought that was quite a long time to ship something that was in stock. Other than that, the shopping experience was good.

Overall experience was good. Got conflicting answers from customer service regarding backorder and shipping, but everything eventually came as expected. The dresser pieces were well packed and in good condition.

The site is easy to navigate, the graphics are good, and the items are easy to look at and compare. My complaint is that the item has not been shipped, 23 days after I ordered it, and both times the shipping was delayed, I wasn't informed until several days after the fact. They have given me an 800 number to talk to customer service about my late order, but there is no link to take me to my order so that I can track it myself. I probably would not order from this site again.

Initial order date 11/08/06; paid additional rate for 2nd Day Air; did not receive until 11/24/06. Would not have paid for quicker delivery if I was initially aware it was going to take 2 weeks to filfill the order. Once received, the product does not meet the quality satisfaction for the price that I paid. The package did not include an invoice and I don't appreciate being charged for any additional handling fees upon the return of the merchandise.
