These people will bend of backwards to make sure you are happy. If you contact by phone ask for Todd Hartnell if you want to order products. He is the most honest salesman I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of running my own computer business. He will do everything he can to make sure you are happy and if there is ever a problem with a product you have received, he will stand on your behalf to make sure everything is corrected to your satisfaction!!! This is the best sales rep I have had EVER! This company is in my opinion WORLD CLASS! A MUST DO BUSINESS WITH!

My only detractor, albeit a pretty large one is that when I bought the Windows XP Home edition, I had two choices, Windows XP Home edition Full or EOM versions. I asked some pretty specific questions about the OEM version because I was concerned that for half the price, I may be getting short-changed. The response was that there was no difference between the OEM version and the full version other than the standard packaging and manuals not being included. Truth is there is one major difference - CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! If you buy the Windows XP Home OEM edition, Microsoft expects that you will be getting support form whomever put the PC together (in this case I put it together myself). Now that I am experiencing some unexpected crashes (random Microsoft blue screen of death), I have no recourse, because the Windows Update and Support recognizes the version I installed as an OEM version for which there is no support.

Barebones System arrived on time. However, UPS damaged the case during shipping. I called CPU Solutions and told them what happened. They filed a claim with UPS, had a new build sent to me in three days, and had UPS pick up the old system. This is the first time I have ever had any problems with a shipment from this company and I was extremely impressed with how efficiently CPU solutions worked to solve the problem.

This company kinda got things screwed up at first but they have since made good on it. I am happy with the end results and they bent over backwards to make things right, so we will do business with them again in the very near future.
