They didn't ship my package on time and made every single excuse in the book as to why it WASN'T their fault they couldn't get it there on time.  The package is NOT showing up on time for Christmas, despite the fact that it was ordered almost two weeks ago(they said the order needed to be placed by the 17th to receive before Christmas, and I ordered on the 13th). 

When I called to talk about this, they were very rude and only offered excuses, not solutions.  I will never ever buy anything from them again, and this is the second time i've been burned by their horrible shipping.  They also charge for shipping based on the price of the order, and not on the weight.  They're one big scam!!

I need to return the crocks I received. The quality wasn't what I expected. The over all color wasn't consistant and there was either rubbed off areas or it is ink from the printer that is on the edge and elsewhere. Hopefully they can check and see if the others in stock are the same condition first before sending. We'll see how the return process works.

I did not receive a notification that the order had been shipped and had to call to get status. It would be helpful to send a shipping notification.

I like Chef's Catalog and how much they stand behind every product they sell. They have an unconditional warranty on everything and if I am not happy with something I've purchased at any time, I can return it. That is true customer service.
