The item I ordered said it would be on back order until just 2 days after I placed the order. Now, more than a week later, it's still on back order. If I had known that would be the case, I would not have placed the order. If it doesn't ship within a week, I will demand my money back.

I had initially neglected one of the items I had wanted to order and when I called about adding it to my order, the rep was very friendly and helpful and added it without any trouble at all. The price shown on the website was $299.99 but rang up as $399.99 when I checked out. When you do a search for prices amongst various vendors, this one shows up as the lowest, but as stated before, when you add the item to the cart, it becomes the same price as everywhere else. Also, the box was opened when it arrived, but the contents were ok. The shipper was FEDEX and upon looking at the box, I would submit that the box was poorly taped by the vendor. The item purchased was pretty heavy so the box needed more tape to make it more sturdy. There was no damage to the times purchased.

I greatly appreciated the free shipping; when the company offers free shipping, then I'll definitely shop! I shopped online and had no problems submitting my order. The package was delivered on time and in good condition. I've just begun to use my new Waring Pro Flip Belgium Waffle Maker, but I'm getting the hang of it. I've just tried the one recipe for Basic Waffles, and it was awfully boring. I appreciate the form for a free waffle cookbook; I'll send off for that soon!

It usually is easy to shop online or via their catalog at Chefs. With the exception of 1 time, all items arrive in good condition. And again with the exception of 1 time (a different purchase) items arrived within the estimated arrival time.
