Twice Chef's sent products of lesser value or lesser power than what I ordered.It tied up almost a thousand dollars to get them to take a less powerful mixer back - they sent the wrong one again.They substituted a knife set smaller than I had ordered. I gave up and just kept the knives. Customer service personnel were uninformed, rude and indifferent to the problems. It was a nightmare. I used to order frequently; I will never order from Chef's again.
