STAY FAR AWAY!! The Better Business Bureau has listed this company as UNSATISFACTORY. Read my story below...
I ordered a Chef's Cart (Item #6109). The cost was low considering it had a cutting board on top and the wine rack at the bottom. I got an e-mail stating they recv'd my order, it would ship in 10 days and they would keep me updated. I called on the 11th day to ask for a tracking number to see when I would get the package. The rep on the phone told me they didn't have any information at this time so it must be backordered and I would get it in 10 days or so. An hour after I got off the phone the package arrived. The picture on the box didn't look like the one on the website so I opened it up and was very disappointed. First, the wheels didn't lock as shown in the picture. Second, the bottom rack wasn't a wine rack, like in the picture, it was flat. Third, the cutting board was all marked up and dusty. And to top it off it didn't even have the same dimensions, as the one shown on the web, it was much much smaller. I called to customer service, and while they were nice about it, they basically told me that they would pick up the wrong one and credit back my money. I asked how to get the correct one, the rep told me that I could reorder and write specific details about the cart I wanted and hopefully they would send the right one! Obviously I'm not going to chance it, so I will never order from this company again.
3/4/03 - The company issued a UPS Call Tag to pick up the cart & the UPS Tracking info shows it was delivered on 3/3/03. I wrote the company an e-mail asking when I would receive my credit. They wrote back and said they never received the item! So now I have to fight to get my money back.
I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau first since this company is listed as UNSATISFACTORY. Stay far away from this company - they don't care about their customers.
