Awful; promises promises. Lies, Lies.
Very easy to order, but don't expect delivery when promised.
Site was not a problem to navigate through. Placed order for 2nd day shipment. Received email that further email would come when shipped.
3 days later I telephoned. Customer Service Rep (CSR) advised not know what happened, credit ok, item in warehouse and would clear up for shipment next day with removal of shipping charge.
Next call, 2 days later, advised probably problem with credit card or how I placed order or that I did not enter the correct information or not have item in warehouse. Advised of first call and then was told, "oh, it is being shipped tomorrow."
3rd call, 2 days later, "item comes from warehouse".
4th call to supervisor, to cancel, he assured it would be sent, he would take care of it personally, is "sending gift certificate" for my troubles, "item will be delivered next day" and "check for email this afternoon for tracking number".
5th call, next day, no email, spoke with purported supervisor who advised "overnighted yesterday", "will absolutely receive it this morning via UPS" and they "do not have access to tracking numbers" and "would not give them to customers anyway", "it's [their] policy".
6th call, immediately after spoke with CSR who advised items show still in the warehouse to be shipped; not know why not shipped; she'll have supervisor call me. I advised I would be cancelling if not receive order confirmation by the end of the day. Did not receive conf. Sent email to cancel. Received email that item is in warehouse cannot cancel. I wrote back advising them not to send items and save the shipping charges as I will reject it.
UPDATE: Received an email, now, 9 days later, advising they were able to cancel the order and stop the shipping. About 6 hours later the product was being delivered by UPS. Essentially, they have no tracking system. Will not use them again.
