This is a very unpleasant experience. First, I used on-line help to inquire about the dimensions of the cookware I was interested in. They did not have the answer but told me that I would receive an answer in 3 days. Well, 10 days passed, and nothing happened. Then, I went to its clearance section to click on Cuisinart 10 1/2" stir fry pan and paid $39.99. I received an e-mail confirmation with the correct item description and the amount. Then today I received the package. It was not the pan I ordered. The packing slip did not even match the e-mail confirmation. I called for help. The customer service rep was rude. She did not even listen to what I was saying, and she said, "Why didn't you use the right item number when you placed the order?" Excuse me, I CLICKED on the item and received the confirmation! Then we found out that Chef's regular product has the exact same product item number as the pan I ordered from the clearance section. Apparently its order fulfillment system was designed with a careless flaw. In addition, the rep then wanted to sell me the pan which I originally paid at $39.99 for $49.99. I patiently explained to her that I could forward the original confirmation to here. Her reaction was that of disbelief. I feel that I was not respected at all.
