Ordered cd by Lou Ann Barton "Old Enough" on October 13, 07. Site indicated it was in stock, confirmation email from cd universe said it would be shipped sometime between Oct 13 and Nov 6. Has not been received as of Dec 6. E mails now received weekly from cd universe informing me that if I enjoyed the Lou Ann Barton cd I should consider buying certain similar artists cd's from cd universe. Fat chance of that ever happening. Worst online service I have ever encountered.

Lost my order, lied to me that it was shipped and could not deliver on time. I chose "Expedited With Tracking", which for CD universe means no tracking number and two-week shipping. My order was cancelled...

Love their website. I been using them for years to get my stuff. They are fast and keep you up to date if they have any problems with your order. I would definitely recommend this web site to anyone that has musical needs.

Chose this website to purchase a DVD because they said it was "in stock", as I needed to get a Christmas present quickly. They sent me a confirmation email with an expected ship date and delivery date. When I didn't receive it when expected, I checked the status and discovered it was "backordered". This is unacceptable, and smacks of listing "in stock" simply to get a customer's order. To their credit, it was easy to cancel the order online, but it should never have been necessary.

very excellent online store for example they have a very good cd selection of music including imports. I order a CD from Germany and it came in just as it said it would. Once again I do buy my CDs on this Site.

Good Store They Ship there DVD's When They are in stock or if they are in stock they ship in 48 hrs. They have fast shipping and the prices are good for some hard to get DVD's like Ranma 1/2 trying to get the entire series non-import version for a cheap price is hard. They do it for about $92 a box set when others are $120 a box set plus taxes and shipping.

I have bought (2 times) CD's and DVDs from CD Universe. The disks arrived to Peru, where I live, in 10 days ("Usually ships in 1-2 days" items) and in 2 weeks ("pre-order" items).

Price + international shipping cost at CD universe are the best. The customer service and "broken jewel case replacements" policy is OK. I'm very satisfied with CD Universe.

CD Universe is a great website. It gives great information on the CD's, wonderful reviews, and good prices. They have good deals, and low shipping prices. The CD's came very quickly, under a week. They got my order perfect, and had great customer service. I liked being able track my package online to see how long it would take to get here. I was very satisfied overall. Highly recommended.

I think CD universe is a bit more difficult to find the products that I want compare to other websites I have found. I want it to be more conducive to find on the ecommerce. In terms of pricing on the product, it is found to be reasonable. An arrangment of shipment is quite right.

I believe I just picked them because I looked on Froogle for the particular CD I wanted. They had the cheapest price. Actually, another vendor SAID they had a cheaper price, but when I visited their site and actually started ordering, the total was several dollars higher! When I did the same thing at CD Universe, the price Froogle gave me matched to the penny the price they charged.
