Everything was going very well, until the item was shipped. For some reason, CDUniverse botched my address on the shippment while the order was correctly placed (verified by me). I e-mailed the issue to CDUniverse and I felt that the blame & correction efforts was being put on me in the response from CDUniverse. I was shocked at the response, I fired off another e-mail saying I was not responsible and stated if delivery was not made to the address I would file a claim with my credit card company to refute charges. I did get the package, but even the correction to the shipping address was wrong again. My confidence in CDUniverse is at a low.

Not quite as slick an interface as, say, Amazon, but carries a good variety of games and doesn't involve having to order from a second-party carrier.

I was looking for a very difficult to find item. I found it plus so much more. The selection at CD Universe is unbelievable. In addition to the selection the prices are a dream. I couldn't pass them up so I had to continue shopping. The order process was easy. The delivery was super fast. CD universe is awesome. Highly recommended. Will definitely use for the holidays.

Ordering was fast. Received e-mail that teh 4 CDs I ordered have been airmailed on 15th November. They informed that I would receive them between 19-30 November. I still have allowance of 4 days from now. I hope I will receive them before 30th November. I am not sure what contributes to the delay. It has been 11 days since it was airmailed from USA to Brunei Darussalam.

I paid immediately via PayPal and got a confirmation from CD Universe stating "PAY METHOD:PAYPAL". There was some kind of problem with the payment and this company didn't even bother to contact me to let me know. I waited about a month then e-mailed them. NO RESPONSE. Then I finally called in myself to find out where my order was. I was not at all satisfied with their service. I cancelled my order. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I will now order the same DVD from another company.
