I bought a few times (2 or 3) from this company and didn't have any major reason to complain. The prices are good, the items arrived as expected.
The buying experience it's what one expects these days when buying online, nothing remarkable good or bad.
On the website you find audio samples which is a plus for an online music store; surprisingly enough, not all have this feature. On the other hand the reviews are restricted to music, delayed and moderated - which means that unlike (e.g.) in amazon.com's reviews the buyers can't provide feedback to other buyers or describe their experiences on the same site. Maybe that's why there are so few reviews.
Please note I didn't interact with the customer service yet.
It also should be mentioned as an online retailer oddity that the shipping price increases instead of decreasing with the number of items you buy.
However due to the improper packaging of the CDs ordered, I received a few with cracked cases. While this may seem unjustified whining I do like to receive in new condition the items I paid for as new.
The CDs were loosely thrown in a bubble protected envelope instead of a custom sized cardboard box - remember the days of the BMG, Columbia CD clubs?
I don't require a replacement but I would not buy again until I see that they improved their service.
There's a reason I still buy CDs these days and as far as I'm concerned I expect them to look as good as when I buy from any other store.
