Ordered two Toto one-piece toilets, Ultramax elongated, white with Sanagloss finish, model MS854114SG01. Delivery time was satisfactory. Truck driver delivered from truck lift-gate to pallet jack to inside my garage with both boxes securely bound to pallet with no damage to either toilet box or toilets. Absolute best price with reasonable shipping charge. Highly recommended. Also, Toto Ultramax with G-Max flushing (very quiet) and Sanagloss-Super smooth, ion barrier glazing is top-of-the-line quality. I am a very satisfied customer.

I was shopping around for a Toto Toilet and found what I was looking for on buyplimbing. I had a question about the low price so I called to ask if there were any hidden charges and about their shipping methods for china. I ended up ordering the toilet (tank, bowl and seat). I was looking for an air-switch, and buyplumbing.net had the best price by far.  I was hesitant to order through them given a lot of poor reviews.  However, for the price, I thought it would be worth it to take a chance.  It was a good choice.  My order was shipped on the same day, arrived on time, was exactly what I ordered, and works great.  I'll definitely do business with these guys again.

Excellent customer service!  After contacting 8 vendors to purchase a discontinued product still shown on their websites (one actually charged my Visa but never sent the product), I contacted Buy Plumbing.net.  The representative went out of his way to confirm the item was in stock (called warehouse) before taking my order.  It was received within 1 week in excellent condition.

I think BuyPlumbing is working to continuously improve. I have used them twice in the past month and experienced impeccable service both times. I started with a sink. Once it was delivered successfully I ordered my more expensive Toto toilet. I was amazed at the speed at which both were received. Unfortunately the tank of the toilet was broken. I called the shipper and they said to file a claim and it could take up to 3 months. Unhappy with that, I then called BuyPlumbing. They instantly apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement. I received it three days later in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again. I received a top quality product at a discounted price in a few days.

I have ordered two other items from different suppliers via the internet after this item; both shipped the same "ground" method. Both items have already been received. This item is still in transit with the shipper. I emailed the company to inquire on a weight discrepency noticed on the shipper vs the actual wt. of part and have not received a response.

One of the handles was defective. I placed a call and asked for a new one to be shipped and explained I needed and additional patt to complete the installation called a mixer. She said she would get back to me and it has been 3 days and no word.

Good experience, but part of the faucet was missing. A phone call to customer service to request the missing parts took a long time, >15 minutes on hold, and I'm still waiting for a call back, as I was eventually prompted to leave a recorded message.

As I was ordering this product online, my confirmation came back twice simultaneously with different (sequential) order numbers. My credit card was also billed twice, and only repeated phone calls to BuyPlumbing and the credit card company straightened out the situation.

I purchased my order online as planned - mainly because every item I selected said "In Stock." The day after, I received an email stating that not all of the items were in stock, despite what the website said. I replied stating that I still want my order (didn't want to cancel), even though it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. The person I responded to did not reply back - even when I emailed him again asking which items were out of stock. Two days later, I got a shipment notice, and today, I received all of my stuff. Overall I am pleased, but they need to work on their return communication, if you ask me. I did save a bundle, and I did get my stuff earlier than expected, so I'm content.
