No customer service at all! If you have a problem, tough luck.

Sure, I received my phone quickly, but when it didn't work I was basically out of luck. I tried calling them, but no customer service is handled on the phone so I e-mailed them. In order to return something, you have to get permission and if you return something to them without permission they just ship it back to you. They claim to respond to customer service e-mails within 48 hours but after a week I still hadn't heard from them. I tried e-mailing them again and still I didn't receive a response. Finally I called again and pressed the number on their automated menu for sales and I got a real person. explained what had happened so far and she said she would contact customer service and I would hear from them within the day. After two days I received an e-mail from them giving me permission to return the phone. They also told me in this e-mail that I had to return it within three days or my request would be cancelled. After two weeks I still hadn't received a new phone so I e-mailed them again. I've never gotten a response to that e-mail but two days later I received the phone. This phone didn't work either so I had to go through the whole procedure again but this time asked for a credit on my credit card. When they finally responded, they again gave me three days to return it and told me that there is a 25% restocking fee. I have now spent a total of $51.00 and still don't have a working phone. I will never order from them again.
