The worst company I've ever delt with!

I Ordered a DSL Modem from them. It arrived, I spent over 40 hours (yes Forty) trying to get customer support with 4 seperate companies. I would explain to the Buymebuyme phone rep that I need to speak to a Customer Service or tech help person. The Buymebuyme people would simply tell me to go to thier website for assistance. THE ITEM (DSL) I NEED TO GET ONLINE DOES NOT WORK! After all that time on many seperate calls it was determined that the unit had arrived not working. It took another 2 months for buymebuyme to send shipping labels to me to return the bad equipment. Later it took them another 2 weeks to refund my money... 2 and a half months worth of pain and suffering....
