Received a damaged Palm T|E, which has been returned (but no word yet on when I will receive its replacement). The PDA case was of a completely inferior quality. It was marketed with the same description as the Targus case. What I received was a zippered piece of cardboard that had something vaguely resembling leather on top of it. The customer service guy even admitted that it was junk. Buyer beware! Low prices on hardware are completely erased when you have to ship back defective products.

The first order was real good but this order the shipment was not right.You ship me there clear plastic case that were should have been for xd case but were not they were SD case, so I end up with 5 case SD three clear and two blue.so now I don't get any xd case that I need the most, and to much trouble to miss with some that small,It would be better if the worker slow down and send the right thing.

I ordered a Canon Optura 500 on 10/16/04 and got it in perfect condition on 10/20/04. I went with the standard free shipping too. Even though I was very hesitant about ordering from a place I had never heard of, I saved about $200 dollars compared to the big name retailers. The box was not sealed with tape, but it appeared to have never been opened and everything was wrapped up inside the way I would think the factory would do it. I carefully examined the camcorder and it appeared to have never been touched. Very pleased, and would buy from again.

My shipment arrived in perfect condition, excellently packed with nothing missing (since I do alot of shopping online, this has not always been my experience unfortunately), and my shipment arrived within 3 days, even though it could only be promised in 7-10 days! (This was especially great for me because I ordered the camcorder to take on a trip--I was cutting it very close to even have it arrive in time, nevermind to have the time to learn how to use it!) I have been using the camcorder and everything is great, including all that came with the pack of accessories. And finally, the price for everything was absolutely incredible, with neither tax nor shipping added! I shopped around for these same items, and I know I got the best possible deal out there! In fact, after I received my order, I placed a call to BuyDig and spoke to a very nice man, just to say thank you--I know he was very busy, but he was so pleased that I took the time to call, and then he even gave me a few good tips about using and traveling with the camcorder! Ordered the Canon Optura 40 with FedEx overnight, received it next the day, new in box, and well packed Didn't like it so I purchased the Panasonic PV-GS200, again it arrived next day and brand new. Returned Canon Optura 40 and received refund quickly. Phone calls were answered quickly the first time but longer the second, but personnel were very nice and hepful. My only complaint is the lack of updated order status and lack of e-mailed tracking info. Otherwise it was a very good experience and I would buy from them again.

The entire process was quick and easy. The only unpleasant surprise was that after I completed the purchase and paid for expedited shipping to ensure that the camera would arrive before the weekend, I got the message that my shipment could be delayed 2-3 business days because my billing and shipping address weren't the same. So the extra money for expedited shipping was wasted and I did not have an option to change anymore. I should have been informed of this when entering my information (billing and shipping) onto the purchase forms.

Their web site info indicated that in-stock orders are shipped with-in 48 to 72 hours - this is a little long, but acceptable. I ordered the items on 10/10, no order processing took place by 10/14, I send an email, no response, I waited till 10/19, still no processing, so I canceled the order, then 1 hour later they decided to ship it. I don't mind the delay so much as that lack of any response to emails.

Purchased a 32" LCD TV from buydig.com on Monday, and it arrived on Friday via Fed Ex Express Saver 3 day. The TV was double boxed. The original carton inside was unopened and obviously brand new,in excellent condition with edge guards intact.

Buydig.com was not the cheapest vendor, but it was in the lowest end of the spectrum. The Mack 3 year add on warranty was priced correctly, and the shipping up charged for 3 day was significantly lower than at other vendors.

Before purchasing I called the company to ensure there was access to human beings and spoke to a salesman who did not pressure the sale. The order was placed at 12 noon est, and it was shipped out that day.

Buydig.com fulfilled the order, as promised, in better than expected time, with the exact product that I wanted in brand new condition. I am delighted that it came earlier than expected.

I have experienced nothing with Buydig.com to suggest that they are not an honorable organization. I recommend them.

I had to e-mail on the 7th day to find out why I did not have a shipping number. 24hrs later I receive an e-mail indicating "they were just billing" my credit card. On the 9th day I received an e-mail giving me a tracking number. So why did I have to contact the merchant after 7 days to trigger BUYDIG.COM to finally get my order started? This is totally unacceptable!

Placed order on Sat., they processed on Sunday (when they came back from holiday) and shipped on Monday. Recieved printer on Thursday in perfect condition. No bothersome phone calls.
