I ordered and received an Optio S5i for an excellent price with speedy delivery. I avoid gray market goods, and therefore specifically looked for evidence of a USA warranty, which was stated on the site... ("full manufacturer's USA warranty"). I received gray market goods, with no warranty card, part of the box cut away. I was told, after multiple phone calls, and 5 days later (they would not address the problem via email) to "return the camera to BuyDig" for any service. They have a clearly deceptive web site and I would NEVER recommend them to any potential customer.

I am extremely satisfied with my shopping experience at buydig.com. The price they offered was one of the lowest from a trusted online store. Their office was closed for a few days and they were great about letting the customer know that the order would be delayed a bit..no problem. But I still received the product within a short amount of time and it was in tip-top shape! Exactly what I wanted.

After doing a lot of research using Epinions and reseekersratings.com I Ordered a Canon G6. It arrived on time with all the proper contents in the box. There was no annoying phone calls to try and sell additional accessories. It was quick, efficient and an over all good experience I would buy from Buydig.com again.

I bought a zire 72 from buydig. They offered me free shipping on accessories after I got it. I had to take time to see what I really wanted. I figured I needed a case and I couldn't find a similar leather case elsewhere without separate shipping charges. So I decided to buy from them. They packed really well and shipped immediately. No hassle at all buying from them!

Thanks Buydig, I received my camera delivered to my office, earlier than planned, brand new, great price. And I got all of those good things without paying taxes or shipping. BTW You can get the same camera at Fry's Electronics for $399, without counting 7 3/4% of taxe. I got it at BuyDig for 318. Is it good?

They deliberatly lost the 1st line of my address so that they didn't have to fulfill the order. They did this twice despite the fact that my details in their database are correct. Cheap trick - don't waste your time with them.

The overall experience was very good. I was sent one wrong accessory that I have returned. I should be receiving the correct replacement anytime now. My only small complaint is that I had to pay shipping on returning the item. Because this error was the merchants mistake, I do not feel I should have paid for this shipping, but overall, I was happy with my experience.

The customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. The response time for questions asked about the status of the order was non-existent. I had to call more than 10 times before I was finally able to speak to someone that could actually give me any assistance. My email to their customer service contact was never answered. However, I was charged for the item a full week before they informed me that it was back ordered, and wouldn't ship for 3 to 4 weeks. My experience with this company lead me to cancel my order with them, and will keep me from ever considering using their services again. I will strongly advise friends, family, and co-workers to avoid this company for any purchases they may have in the future.

Received a damaged Palm T|E, which has been returned (but no word yet on when I will receive its replacement). The PDA case was of a completely inferior quality. It was marketed with the same description as the Targus case. What I received was a zippered piece of cardboard that had something vaguely resembling leather on top of it. The customer service guy even admitted that it was junk. Buyer beware! Low prices on hardware are completely erased when you have to ship back defective products.
