BUYER BEWARE -- NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Buydig.com calls themselves a discount vendor, but that's
highly debatable. HORRIBLE customer service.

I bought a high-end Garmin GPS from them.

Within a week of purchasing it, I found it for $100 LESS at several reputable sites.

When I called customer service to request a price adjustment, I was met with surprising hostility.

In spite of evidence to the contrary, they refused to compensate me for the difference.

They also charge a 10% surcharge for returns, even when all the original packaging is intact.

I will NEVER do business with these nasty people again!

I just received my Olympus Stylus 1010 digital camera and memory chip from BuyDig. Absolutely smooth transaction with no problems.
I ordered online Sunday and FedEx delivered (free shipping) on Thursday to my Minnesota home address. The package was well padded and with complete accuracy.
Automatic email confirmations and status were sent via email. Additional shipping status tracking was available online via the Fed Ex website as well.
Their price on this item was the best on the web.
It was a totally satisfying experience and I will be buying from them in the future.

Upon discovering Buydig, I was a little skeptical because a lot of their prices appeared to be too good to be true, especially because most everything was identified as under US warranty. However I proceeded with my purchase based upon Epinions reviews and I was not let down. I was expecting UPS ground at best for free shipping. Instead I got Federal Express with tracking on line! When I had a question about my order, I was surprised to find their customer service open on Sunday! This was a big convenience for me personally because I wouldn't be able to call them from work during the week. Haven't heard of too many other outfits whose customer service departments are open on Sunday, and they answered within a few minutes. Less on hold time than any other outfit I've dealt with before. In any case. the product arrived a few days later. I was exactly what I ordered and packed very well. Many compliments to Buydig. Can't see how it could be done any better.

Order was placed and I had transcribed some of the address numbers for delivery on my initial order, then emailed customer service back the same day to get this changed, but they stated they could not change because it had shipped already - this on the same day I ordered the product - I had to contact FedEx to get my address changed - I know a national account rep for Fedex.

I bought a Westinghouse 42" LCD flat panel television. After some on line research for prices I saw that Buy Dig had the best price on the item and it was in stock. My transaction was conducted entirely on line. I had no need to call for customer service. The item shipped quickly and was packed well. I had no problem with receiving e-mail updates or confirmations. I was very satisfied with the Buy Dig experience. I don't know what my experience would have been had there been a problem, but we had no problem and I have no complaints. I would purchase from them again.

I’ve spent an awful lot of time over the years shopping on the Internet. Buydig was one of my earliest choices. That was back in 2002 or there about. They rocked then and they rock even still. I have never had a company go the extra mile when it comes to customer service as they have. After the purchase, what’s left? Nothing but the customer service and there simply is no one out there who has been better at it then these guys. Thanks Maurice for doing everything you said you would and then some. Don’t let anyone tell you these folks can be beat. They can’t!

I ordered a Nikon D80 with lens. The ordering process was smooth and the camera was delivered as promised. However, the camera body was defective. I e-mailed for a return authorization and received the authorization within one day. Buydig.com had two weeks to send the replacement but managed to send it out one business day after receipt of the defective camera - and this happened during the holiday rush!! They rescued my plans to take pictures over the holiday and I would definitely buy from these guys again!!

I ordered 1/3. I received 1/19. I had to email them to find out that the delay was because they were out of stock. A great business would alert the consumer to that fact on their own. I didn't like the FedEx delivery. UPS is more convenient than FedEx for deliveries around here. There should be choices.

I decided to shop buydig based on recommendations. Absolutely the best price for the camera I wanted and no shipping charges. Website was easy to follow and use. Checkout process was easy, you can even use PayPal for payment. Order was filled quickly and they kept me abreast of status and shipping. At no time did they call or e-mail me to try to sell upgrades or accessories. I am very satisfied with them.

I'm very happy with my most recent buying experience with this store. Our digital camera got broken recently and we need a new one before Dec.14 for a graduation ceremony. I called this store sales department, they helped me with the model we want by an express way. Although we paid extra money for the express service, but during the process, I found their sales person and customer service person are very easily to reach. I cancelled the extra battery I ordered with the sales person through their customer service. And my order was processed on the same day I placed the order and shipped out the next day, and on the third day, we got our new camera.

I definitely would like to shop with them again, if they keeping offering competitive price.

Compared prices on several search engines including shopping.com. This merchant was the lowest total price, no tax and no shipping charges. Item received in a matter of just a few days. Superior service and easy to use. Have not had to contact them with any problems. Wish I had bought the combo package for just a few dollars more. Camera is excellent and as described. When I checked out the shipping fee was added. However, the price was a bit cheaper than Amazon but I felt more confident to buy it on Amazon. So I cancelled the transaction and did not continue with checkout. Had the price was reliable I would give it a chance to try my first experience with buydig.com.
