I was really pleased that my purchase came much sooner than I anticipated, but I was disappointed that I did not order what I wanted. I intended to purchase the one with adapter but it showed up without one, so I'm stuck with it since it was my own fault. I guess my complaint would be that the description was not sufficient for me to see that no adaptor was included. I'd return it but they are for Christmas gifts and there was not sufficient time.

I ordered a Canon Powershot camera with an accessory kit for a great price on a Tuesday night, and had it in my hands the following Saturday. That's only 4 days, and with the free shipping. The accessory kit was to include a 2GB memory card, and they provided a 4GB memory card (evidently out of 2GB cards, but didn't want to delay order?). I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Purchased a Canon Flash from Buydig after seeing $30 less than most online retailers and no taxes!!! Product arrived as advertised in less than 3 days. I'm simply amazed and will be buying more products from these guys.

Very bad experience.  I ordered 10 cameras on 10/6/09.  My card was charged that day.  On 10/14 I got an email saying it was out of stock and asking if I wanted 10 of a similar camera.  I asked a question about the other camera.  It was not adequately answered, so I asked to have the money refunded on 10/20.  On 10/21 they told me this could take a week. Bottom line, they sold me a product they didn't have and then kept my money for over three weeks.

To be fair, they responded to my inquiries within about a day, but overall it was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I read a lot of the reviews and was concerned with using buydig.com. Because of the price, I decided to purchase a Canon Elura 85 anyway and hope for the best. Boy am I glad I did. I usually shop around for months to find the best deal on an item I am looking for and Buydig had one of the best prices. I called them on 10/11 at 4:23 to place my order. Frank was great and did not try to sell me the high priced extras. I received a confirmation email at 4:25 and another email to let me know my item had shipped at 7:49. WOW!!!! My item was being sent 3 hours after my order. I got the free shipping which I knew may take up to 10 days but I was not in any hurry. Well here I am less than two days later and I have my great new camcorder. I could not be happier and give Buydig an A+.

GREAT experience purchasing my Canon Camera. They had what I wanted, at a terrific price, so I made my purchase. Since they send their merchandise out FedEx and REQUIRE a signature, I had them deliver to my parent's home. I could have just as easily sent it to work. They even called to make certain that I wanted the item sent to another location and verified the address with me. It has been a VERY long time since I got a call to verify information about an online purchase. It was easily tracked by the tracking number sent to me via email. It came well packaged and in perfect condition. I would most definitely recommend them to a friend and will look them up for my next electronics purchase!

"They showed my TV purchase item in stock when I ordered it. After ordering, my order status page showed the item "temporarily out of stock". However, they continued to show the item for sale and on their web site as available and "IN STOCK" ready for immediate delivery. When I emailed them about when I could expect shipment and asked why they continue to show an item available when it is not, they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESPOND!! Two days later, I canceled my order and purchased the item for less from Abt.com. It was shipped the same day I ordered it."

I made a couple of purchases from this store and in one of those purchases found out that the product I received had a broken seal and had previous files along with other indications that it had been used.

I would never make an other purchase from this store again.
Considering they're selling used goods, the prices are quite high.

The products they sell are not as advertised.

Good prices and excellent service. On-line search engine however is one of the worst in this type of business. It needs a total rework. BuyDig.com has lost business because search comes up empty or can't find what is actually available.

I found the HP Mini 1137NR listed on their web site, using a shopper site (Price Comparison). They were not toe lowest price, but they were a company I had previously dealt with for camera gear and never had anything but a sucessful buying experience. I placed the order on the web and called them to confirm the order. I spoke with Charles who said they would ship it out asap and would follow up with a tracking number in e-mail. The next day I got a call from them to confirm I actually placed the order (which delayed the ship out a day, BUT I understand and appreciate their caution due to credit card fraud concerns). The item shipped out the day of the call and I got my tracking number and 2 days later I had the item delivered FED EX. They packed it inside another box, so the contents were not obvious. I have bought 2 other items from this company (in the $4000 range) and always got the service and items I expected. Excellent place to shop, Great Deals and excellent follow-thru. -Jay-

I talked to a man on the phone who was very nice and helped me finalize my decision to purchaser the camera. And the shipping to Boston took two days! I ordered around 6:30 on Tuesday, and it arrived Friday afternoon! Awesome. Oh, and I got my camera plus accessories for $20 under MSRP.

Ordered a new Canon Powershot G10 camera, extra battery and memory card. When it arrived almost a week later I opened it to find a used defective camera. There was a hand written note, drawing from the person who had returned it already describing where the defect was on the lens. When I called to ask them to expedite order and delivery of a NEW camera, they said they couldn't send a new camera until the defective one they sent was sent back. I'll order from one of my other trusted companies from now on.

I paid a great price for what I hope is a great TV. My problem however is shipping. It's been over two weeks since Buydig took my payment out of my bank account. (Delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days) I paid for the White Glove Delivery. A very reasonable sounding option for only $50. Two days ago they finally confirmed my order ( You'd think that would be done BEFORE accepting my cash.) and they only TODAY emailed me to schedule delivery. Wait...that's not the bad part. Looking at my delivery confirmation I saw that they apparently hire whoever they can find to treat your delivery with "White Glove Service". My local TAXI company is the one listed to be delivering my 50" plasma TV! The white glove service boasts that my item will be delivered by two people who will open the item then wait for me to inspect it for damage. I live in a very small town and have taken many a cab. I can gaurantee my local cab service isn't going to take responsibility for a damaged tv.

I purchased a Samsung LN52A550 from BuyDig on 12-31-08, as per my previous review. Had many problems and issues from beginning. As of yesterday all is working well and BUYDIG has worked with me in resolving all issues, JOSEPH has been very kind and considerate and has kept in constant touch with me throughout the entire month since I bought the tv. JOSEPH at BUYDIG has even given me a free extended warranty.  I appreciate all that BUYDIG has done for me and thanks to the great individual JOSEPH is.  BUYDIG is lucky to have such an individual working for them.  He definitely knows his business and is a great asset to BUYDIG.  I will definitely recommend this site to others for their great prices and wonderful customer service.   THANKS BUYDIG

In Aug 2003 I purchased a Nikon Coolpix 4300 from buydig.com. I chose them first for their price, and secondly I had a friend's friend who had ordered from them.. and the item arrived. ok, so I got my cam after a few days, usa warrenty, clear reciept, all good. I am going to order a 2k dollar cam from them with no second guessing. Other retailers with cheaper prices seem to have some sketchy reviews... its said the good ones are their from the companies employees. I don't think many other retailers you find on these price lists are fake, they just practice bait & switch or end up making you pay more somehow (required warrenty or accessories?). So if someone knows of a consistantly cheaper online retailer that isnt grey market or shady, let me know!

Earlier this year, I bought a Sony mini-DVD camcorder from Buydig and was very pleased with price and delivery time.

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to purchase a new all-in-one printer, and took a look at Buydig.  Their price for a Canon Pixma MP970 was cheaper than any company on Amazon.com and half of what Best Buy charged. 

Here's the best part...I selected the least expensive delivery of 7-9 days for three dollars and change, and it was at my front door in less than 24 hours!!!

That is service!!!
