I ordered a sharp LC60LE835U from buydig.com for a very good price.
It took a full 2 weeks to get the tv from the day I ordered it which was a bit dissapointing. Once I plugged in the tv it wouldnot work, just has a flashing sharp logo. The delivery people had refused to wait for me to unbox the tv and plug it in so I was now stuck with a broken tv.
I had to wait 4 days to contact buydig because they were on a religous holiday which I am not faulting them for. Once I contacted them and asked them to ship me a working tv in exchange for the broken one they said that they would not do that and my only option was to go through Sharp. The package was also missing a few cables which was not a big deal as they agreed to ship those out to me.
After re-reading the return policy, I was shocked to read that even on defective products you are responsible for paying for shipping the item back to them which is rediculous even though they did not even offer that option to me over the phone.
So far sharp has not been impressive either, it is taking over 10 days to get a repair person out to look at it.
My advice would be to order the white glove delivery service so you will ensure the tv is working before they leave or to buy from someone else such as Amazon that offers a better return policy.
