I have had several successful buying experiences at www.BuyDig.com
The most recent, was in shopping for an HP Mini Netbook. A price comparison site listed them as one of the providers of the unit I wanted at an excellent price.
They were not the lowest, but since I had two previous experiences (with much more expensive Camera items) I decided I would deal with a known.
I placed my order on the web and I selected the $2.89 2-3 day shipping option over the free shipping 5-7 days, due to the fragile nature of the item.
I called a little later to confirm it and request a track number. I spoke to Charles, who said they would follow up with a tracking number in E-Mail and the item would ship asap.
The next day, I received a call from them to confirm that I actually placed the order, which delayed the shipping a day, BUT, I understand that in this day of Credit Card Fraud, it is necessary to check and I appreciate that they do this.
Later that evening, I received my e-mail with the tracking number and the next day, I was able to determine it would arrive on Sat (3 days).
The Federal Express truck arrived with my package and it was double packed (so the contents were NOT obvious) and it was indeed the correct item, perfectly factory sealed as I expected.
The entire experience was excellent.
