I recently purchased a GPS from Buydig for much less than the price I could find it anywhere else.  I knew the price was excellent when I placed the order and I was somewhat hesitant to order based on some of the epinion reviews of buydig.  I was assured by several online friends that they truly are a very reputable company.  People are more likely to post negative experiences than positive ones online.  I later found out from buydig that this was a price mistake.  I was very disappointed and figured I would never recieve the GPS due to their error.  However, Buydig.com decided instead to do what they could to make a bad situation better.  They let each customer who ordered, buy ONE of these GPS units at the discounted price.  They did limit shipping to one unit per person, even though many people ordered more than one.  I think this was a better solution than canceling all orders or shipping several to the first few customers and canceling all the rest of the orders.
Buydig actually contacted each customer who ordered more than one unit to let the customers know about their mistake.  They also asked each if they would like to receive the one unit still even though they could not fill any additional orders beyone the one.
I know it would nice if the price mistake never happened, but people do make mistakes. 
My GPS was well packed.  Communication from Buydig was excellent.  The GPS shipping was delayed a few days while they took the time to contact all the customers and straighten this out.  It took them almost a week to ship it, instead of the 48 hours stated on their website.  However, I didn't mind the wait and understood the delay.
Thank you Buydig.  I will buy from you again.
