Delivery Speed/order accuracy: Placed the order & received confirmation 3 days later. When delivery contact was not received 10 days later.....Contacted their shipper, only to find out that the order had not been placed with them. Contacted Buydig requesting if they indeed had the product in stock as indicated on their Website. They responded (email) that they had place the order with the shipper and would receive a tracking # and I would get a call to set delivery. After 21 days from the start of this order process......The product was delivered and inspected by me at my front door. To my amazement a third of the shipping box was completely torn off with my TV completely exposed. I refused delivery, contacted buydig to alert them of the problem and requested the order be conceal and my card credited. There reply was that the order would be cancel and my account charged for shipping ($200.00). Requested several times that this charge be removed.....They refused, stating that the product (LCD TV) was tested by the shipper and worked fine therefore I am responsible for the shipping charge. Finally, my last request for refund has gone unanswered......NOTE: I have shopped on-line for more than 8 yrs, this is by for the worst experience I've had with a company on-line.
