I had purchased an external hard drive from Buydig/Beach Camera. Apparently, my credit card company thought it was suspicious and declined to pay. I paid for express shipping with the order. I needed it to arrive before I left on a trip. I received the declining e-mail from Buydig on Friday. It was too late to try to get this resolved and shipped on time before I was going to leave. On Monday, I called my credit card company and cleared up the problem. I called Buydig/Beach Camera Billing department and told them I do not want the order. Apparently that was not good enough for Buydig/Beach Camera. As soon as the credit card cleared they ran it again. The hard drive was delivered and sat on my front porch for a week. I called and explained it to them. They told me that they would have Fedex pick it up from my home. The delivery guy showed up but it did not have Buydig's account number on the paperwork. The delivery guy from Fedex failed to put their account number on the paperwork and ever since then I have been receiving a bill from Fedex. I have called several times to Buydig to get this cleared up. Each time they promised me they would take care of this. It is now at the collections department of Fedex. A supervisor from Buydig decided in his great wisdom that in lieu of paying the bill which is $81.46 he was going to give me $20 off my next purchase. I did not call for the pick up. Buydig did this. They owe the bill. I have added a few of the e-mails during this time to add validity to the story. I have also added an e-mail of them trying to shift blame to FedEx for the whole problem. I did contact Buydig/Beach Camera several times by phone and e-mail, not just once. The only time they decided to do anything was when they read this review. I had already called and taken care of the bill myself. They wanted me to edit this review after the lame apology and attempt to shift the blame. I was hoping after writing this review, they should receive in turn $81.46 in negative publicity. I hope that you do not buy anything from this company.

I need your help in getting this resolved. I keep receiving bills from FedEx. In the beginning, I was promised that Buy Dig would pay this bill for the return. I am sure you have record of this transaction and all of what had been stated. On or about May 7th, I contacted Buy Dig and I had spoken with Eli. He stated that he would take care of this. I gave him the Fed Ex invoice number and the amount. I received another bill from FedEx later. I again contacted someone from Buy Dig on July 3rd. I don't remember the man's name of whom I had spoken with. I was again promised this would be taken care of. Now I am receiving a bill from a collection agency. I need someone from Buy Dig that can help get this resolved. I really don't need a collection agency contacting me and I really don't need this on my credit report. I need your help today in getting this dealt with. I am including two scanned documents of the bills for your review. Please contact me to let me know what the plan of action is. Thank you for your cooperation.

Firstly, I would like to apologize to you or all your inconvenience.After speaking with you initially about this matter I had contacted FedEx to rectify this matter. Our representative at FedEx assured me that the matter will be resolved.
FedEx has located the original air bill that was filled out for this package with tracking number 8597 8644 8655. The air bill clearly indicates that this package was to be billed to a 3rd party. The third party in this case was us. Our account number is listed on the air bill. We have located the invoice for this tracking number and we were definitely billed and already paid this invoice. FedEx has sent you these invoices in error. We apologize to you for the inconvenience but please know that this issue was out of our hands. I now have a copy of the original air bill showing our account number along with a copy of a letter from revenue services indicating that this invoice has a zero balance. I can fax both of these over to you if you would like.I have contacted FedEx revenue services and they have again informed me that they will rectify the situation immediately. I have also been told that you will receive a notification in writing from FedEx indicating that they have made an error in billing you. Again I apologize to you for all the inconvenience and I hope that this clarifies things for you. I also request from you that you edit the review that you posted on ResellerRatings.com to indicate that the error was not on our behalf but rather a fault of the billing department at FedEx.
