This is my first order with Buydig.com and I ordered a Samsung 46" LCD TV, model LN46A550. Buydig.com had the lowest price compared to other online stores as well as received very good reviews from previous customers on delivery and customer service. Initially, I had an issue with my credit card (the bank rejected the online purchase for security reasons) which prevent Buydig.com from shipping my new TV immediately. Obviously, this was not Buydig.com's fault. Once I fixed the issue with bank, I contact Buydig.com to confirm the unit was still available and they told me my TV would be shipped by the end of the week. On the day the order was suppose to be shipped, I received an email saying the TV was back ordered and the shipment was being delayed. I immediately called customer service about my displeasure with the situation since the TV was available when I first placed the order (as well as confirmed earlier in the week). Very quickly, the customer representative, with the approval of her manager, upgrade my TV from the LN46A550 to the LN46A650 (a $400 difference) for free and shipped out the same day. My customer service rep, Nancy, was pleasant and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. I received nothing but outstanding customer service with Buydig.com and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase electronic equipment online. I will not hesitate to purchase from Buydig.co in the future.
