The Larry Boy costume was as expected, on time, and delighted my granddaughter. On the other hand, the ring tailed lemur costume was well-made and gorgeous BUT not the size I ordered. It had 2 size tags, one the 9-12 month size I ordered. Further inside it said 18-24 months. It was way too big for my 9 month grandson so I suspect that 18-24 months was the accurate description. Well, we'll keep it for next year. It is beutiful, just not what I ordered.

In an effort to avoid the crazy Halloween Costume rush at the stores it seemed a good idea to purchase mine online. It was the best thing I could have done. The first costume I ordered from another site arrived but left a bit to be desired. It was easy enough to return to a local store branch so I ordered the Batman costume and accessories from BuyCostumes and they arrived just days after I placed the order and soon enough to apply some finishing touches to make it the best costume I have worn in years- best Batman out there hands down. My roommate also bought a costume from this site- Cartoon Optimus Prime- which was a huge hit as well. All-in-all I'm glad I didnt wait til last minute like before and placed my order with BuyCostumes.com. Couldnt have been easier. Thanks.

The costumes I received were of good quality and worked great. The only exeption were the bell-bottomed pants. They said "one size fits most" but I don't know who could fit in them--they were really tight! I think I missed the return date, so I guess I'm stuck with them, but BuyCostumes should be more careful about putting sizes on the merchandise.

Shipping order incomplete. Could not use merchandise that was had expedited shipping (read: more money). Could not reach merchant a week prior to Halloween - phone line constantly busy. Difficulty reaching merchant following Halloween. Merchant agreed to full return. Waiting.

I was very impressed with the selection and speed of delivery for the cost. Our only issue was with the large number of costumes not available however we did shop the weekend before Halloween so that was to be expected.

I don't like taking surveys. But I'll tell you that I was very satisfied with product (except small crack in mask)and delivery was before promised date. My son loved it. Sizing chart was a bit misleading - very snug, but he said was comfortable. I will look you up again for any future costume needs.

I ordered the Indiana Jones Dog costume for my Jack Russell and it was too big, so I had to return it. It was a small and there was nothing smaller. I thought the costume was so cute and would have kept it if it had fit. It must run big. The hat looked adorable.

My shopping experience was fine. I ordered two Halloween costumes on two separate orders. The first order was simple and easy to track cause i got an e-mail with my tracking number. The second order however I had to look up the tracking number because I never received an e-mail with one. This was really only a minor inconvenience though and overall I am very satisfied with my shopping experience.

I was disappointed with the products that I received and returned all but one of the costumes; I ordered four costumes and kept one. I was disappointed with the quality of the products -- very poorly made and not up to expectations of what is shown on the internet. I returned over $150 worth of merchandise that I would have kept if it was not so poorly made in poor quality fabrics.
