FALSE ADVERTISING ON SHIPPING TIMELINES and terrible experience with customer service to correct their error!
I ordered a costume on Wed Oct .26 because they advertised delivery BEFORE Oct 31st (not the day of) if I ordered that day on website.  I was in desperate need of a certain costume for Saturday night Oct 29th.  The same day Oct 26th I rec'd notification product had shipped, then 2 days late on Friday Oct 28th i rec'd another notification saying same product had shipped UPS with a delivery date of sometime on Monday Oct 31st!!!.  When I called customer service I was told to contact UPS to see if there waa anything they could do, and if not, call them back?!
UPS said there was nothing they could do...when i called back they were not sympahtietic and did not admit to error. fyi-now the website showed a different shipping date for orders placed on Oct 26th than when i originally orderd...this is false advertising!!!  I was expecting them to make up for their mistake and overnight me the costume for Saturday delivery but they would not do that unless i paid overnight shipping!!!  will NEVER use them again!    So all in all I was out $14.20 to order and return a costume i never used because of their false advertising error!
