Hard to complete this survey since I still haven't received shipment....from order placed almost 1 MONTH AGO...

Business Supply has been my favorite choice for my business supply items for years, I check other places but none compare for price, quality and excellent speed of service

Quick and efficient except for the fact that I have to write at least forty words to get the survey to complete. If I don't have anything else to say, it waste my time. Can't you be satisfied with "quick and efficient?"

I was a little leary because I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was ok. I had a small order and my only complaint was that the light box the pens came in were put inside of an envelope which was (big surprise!) all smashed up. It made the order look sloppy.

Decent pricing and timly delivery. Package was a little roughed up upon delivery, although contents were in good condition. This was more due to an oversized box rather than rough handling by UPS.

The speed of delivery was exceptional. The shopping experience was very good and Business Supply's processing of my order exceeded all of my expectations. The two Arko-Mils Cabinets arrived in good shape but the draw stops (plastic stubs) that prevent the draw from falling out were broken on both cabinets. The little plastic pieces were not in the draw and/or in the shipping box. Therefore, I assume that the damage incurred at the origin of manufacture. I do not believe that Business Supply is responsible for the damage but rather it is a poor design and/or poor product quality by Arko-Mils. I do not intend to pursue the replacement as I do not believe that a replacement would arrive in any better shape. However, I will never purchase another Arko-Mils product.

Great experience!!! Products were so well described that I was able to identify precisely the type of ribbon that my 91 mother who lives in a small town in Wisconsin needed. The order arrived so quickly I didn't get a chance to let her know it was coming. She will never again be unable to type letters to friends and family because her typewtiter ribbon ran out and she can't find a replacement in a local store. Business-Supply solved a real problem for us effortlessly!!!!!!!!!!
