Service Sucks... I Ordered A nice Full Size Comforter with the matching accessories, Total cost $398.xx . Long Story Short after Ordering these items I realized that I wanted a Bigger bed ! lol . My husband and I decided to get a queen Size Bed and get rid of the Full size we currently have. So I immediately call Brylane Home Customer Service To Change the Comforter size as well as the sheets and the bed skirt. However, I learned that My order Could not be Changed I could not add any additional Items nor Taking anything Off!** HOW STUPID IS THAT? ** My order had not shipped yet , I'm pi**ed they were not willing to update the changes i needed to make on my Order , All I was trying to do was change the Sizes.. Now When I get it , Im going to have to send It right back , This is such an inconvenience to me as a customer. I'm very Unsatisfied with the service , this issue could have been avoided by simply changing my order , now Ill have to pay to return this crap and pay even more.. I would not Refer any Of My friends , The only good thing about them Is Deferred Billing.
