This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Brylane Homes (yeah, I know, shame on me), but I've finally learned my lesson. The first time was for sheets and a cooking pot set - the sheets quality was very poor, so I decided to not order that type of item from them again. The pots & pans are O.K., I wasn't expecting top of the line for the price I paid.
The second time I ordered curtain panels & swags. I had ordered by phone, & when they came, they had messed up the quantity & colors. Since the items were so inexpensive & it would have cost almost as much to return the wrong items, I didn't bother to straighten that order out.
My 3rd (& final) order was a couple of accent pillows. A couple weeks after the order was placed & still not having received them, I checked my account online, which stated my order had been delivered. UPS claims they delivered it at a specific date & time, but I know for a fact that I was home at that time (& always near the door, so I would have heard them). I called Brylane about it and after explaining the problem to 2 different people, was told tough luck, it was a UPS problem at this point. As far as they're concerned, they sent it & believe UPS (delivered it) over my claims to the contrary. I will now be going to my credit card company to dispute the payment.
Between poor quality material & service, I will not bother with Brylane Home again.
