My issues are with the quality of Brooks Brothers merchandise, specifically the no-iron dress shirts. Beware that when the receipt says lifetime guarantee the stores refuse to honor it. All but two of the shirts I have bought from Brooks Brothers have fallen apart. Compared with every other dress shirt I've ever purchased. Usually a dress shirt ends up dead from me because I ruin it a few years in, but BB's shirts don't make it a year. So if they fall apart make sure you take them back as soon as it happens don't let them sit in your closet.

I'm sorry, I need to vent my anger against this online store which has let me down for the third time in a row, like unreliable men, they've let me down again when I needed them most.
