However the prices for the items were higher at Brilliantstore.com when compared to other websites.

Received exactly what I ordered. The battery works great and it was the cheapest that I could find. Delivery time was average. When the specs of the battery that I wanted didn't quite match what they had available they took the time to call me to verify instead of just sending the battery anyway. I will shop here again.

I need a battery for my Toshiba Satellite, so searched many websites. Most of the websites had no phone number just email. Some of the companies didn't even return my email (Amazon was one of them). I called BrilliantStore the person I talked to was very knowledgeable and shipped out the battery the same day. The battery worked great and seemed to last longer than the original Toshiba battery.

The product they sold would not work as advertised. Instead of issuing RMA, Brilliant store gave my contact info to the manufacturer who employed hard sell tactics stated overwhelming customer satisfaction as a response to my dissatisfaction. When I finally confronted BS (Brilliantstore)
customer service to please provide refund, or clarify their return policy, they were rude and condescending. If the product you get works to your satisfaction, you'll probably have a relatively trouble free experience. But if not, prepare for some brilliantattitude.

I purchased a Sunpentown WA-1230E Portable Air Conditioner that Brilliant Store recommends. It has an informative site that helped me choose from a variety of air conditioners. The price is great too. I am glad to have this unit to cools my living room for this hot Summer days. I wish more on-line companies offer recommendations to help customers select products because many of us need expert advice.

BrilliantStore was not my first choice to purchase the iPaq 5400 battery to begin with because their price was a little low and I figured that there may not be any customer service like some other low price internet stores. However, it completely changed my opinion after I called and answered by an courtesy and knowledgeable service representative. The battery was arrived in 3 days in ground shipping (most web site will deliver in 5-7 days). Their service was worth the extra bucks than they are. Finding the product and information was relatively easy. The site was easy to navigate and free of errors. Great experience

Excellent!!! Wish there were more stores like this one. Conveniently able to order items over the Internet. Supplied a toll free number to call with questions regarding products. Although the customer support wasn't too familiar in some products, they were extremely helpful with supplying me with the information I needed. My order was shipped in a timely manor and arrived on time. I was also updated via email when my order was shipped which provided me with the tracking information.
