I ordered an AC Adaptor for my son's laptop. He has an Everex Step One Plus. You do not find these at all stores, so it has been difficult finding a compatible adaptor. I did an online search, and Brilliant Store popped up. I had never used this store before, but I have to say that this was one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. Not only did I save about $50, but the order arrived much faster than I anticipated. Also, the order confimation was immediate and complete. When the order arrived, I was pleased at how well it was packaged. The adaptor is working perfectly, and my son is pleased. I will definitely use your service again.

My computer is back.  Originally, I thought that I had a major problem with my computer....turns out it was just the cord.I purchased a replacement power cord for my PowerBook G4.  Ordered on Sunday, received it on Friday.  Easy to purchase, looked just like the photo on the website, reasonable price...and....the new cord works fine...unlike the original Apple cord that sparked and burned at the junction between the brick and the cord.

Delivery speed was great and order accuracy was perfect.  Customer service the jury is still out in that the battery I received is defective and will not take a chage. I plan on calling tomorrow to arrange for a return for a replacement.

I am very happy with the ordering process I experienced and the quality of the product I received.  The price for the universal auto laptop adapter was very reasonable and actually a lot less than the auto adapters for my specific laptop.  I was a little worried about how the voltage setting would work and was leary about damaging my laptop.  Then I found out that the proper amount of voltage is automatically set according to the tip that is applied for plugging into the laptop.  This is not only ingenious but foolproof.  In addition the product was delivered earlier than expected.

The battery replacement for my Palm TX arrived faster than I had anticipated.

The only problem I had with it was that it was slightly longer than the OEM battery I was able to force it into position and it works just fine. It had to be soldered into place but I knew how to do that and had the tools accordingly. I did have to purchase a T5 Torx screwdriver locally, however. Not Brilliant's fault.

Overall, I'm very pleased with Brilliant's service and price.

The shopping itself was fine and the shipment fairly on time.
I ordered two dekcell cpa-1029 cables. Upon arrival one of the cables didn't work and neither was what I ordered. The cables I got were manufactured by WanTeng, China and are not suitable to my needs.

Right at the year mark, my Dell Vostro AC adaptor died and I needed a replacement.

 B&M store had it for double, and it didn't even charge the battery!

I did a random search and found them thruogh Google and couldn't believe the price. It came quickly, as described and I hooked it rught up.  They even warranty thier products!!

Will definitely keep this store in mind when needing other computer accessories.

**Because I had never heard of the store before, I called to see if I could speak with a real person, and customer service was really curteous.

Great price for product was exactly as described power supply compatible with the fujitsu laptop I purchased, cord is a little short but who can complain when the fujitsu cord retails for $50 and this cord was $20.
