Delivery speed: Extremely fast delivery. I ordered my bras on a Sunday evening and they were delivered to me on Tuesday! I was very surprised they arrived so quickly!

Order accuracy: Items were received exactly as ordered.

Customer service: I promptly received an email after placing my online order confirming my order and availability. Then, shortly after that, I received another email confirming that the order had been sent out for delivery. It also contained my tracking number. I felt as though I was kept well informed of my order progress.

Overall satisfaction: Although, I was somewhat apprehensive to place an order with a small, unknown company on the internet, I am highly pleased with my experience with this merchant and would absolutely recommend them and will definitely do business with Breakout Bras again! =)

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

I'd been searching for the Olga panties I love and came across the Breakout Bras website. These Olga panties are no longer available in stores.

Whoever heard of Breakout Bras? Funny name for a lingerie seller. But...I trust Yahoo! and Breakout Bras is affiliated with Yahoo! so....

I placed my order on the Breakout Bras website on a Thursday and received my order on Monday. This fast delivery was entirely FREE! That's right. Free shipping!

I paid for my order via PayPal. I like having the PayPal option versus having to reveal my Credit Card number to merchants.

I'm so delighted with my purchase I turned right around and ordered additional Olga panties from Breakout Bras!

My shopping experience at Breakout Bras was fantastic!  My salesperson, Sally, was so sweet and helpful.  The price was very reasonable.  After purchasing my Breakout Bra, all my clothing fits better and looks better on.  I purchased my bra in the store.  The store was very neat and organized and the staff was extremely helpful.  I have been recommending them to everyone I know!

I have purchased both nursing bras and sports bras from breakout bras and have had excellent service each time. I have a difficult time finding bras that fit me, so I had to order several sizes and send the ones back that didn't work. They provided great customer service and gave me additional information on how the bras should fit. The shipping was fast (and of course you can't beat free) both for original and exchanged items. I am very satisfied and will order bras from here again. Thank you!

I purchased breast pump parts. A week after ordering they were at my door. I needed to call them on the phone because I had made a mistake when I was plcing the order. Their customer service is excellent. They fixed the problem right away. I love these guys.

The panties are thinner than they used to be- that is a problem for Olga. Also, we had back to back blizzards here in Denver and the shipment was delayed by the post office- not the company's fault.

Website is a little tricky to navigate as items aren't grouped the way they are on more mainstream retail sites. It takes longer to find what you want. One item was a reorder of something I had bought before, and I could not find it by searching the site so I had to enter the item number from my previous order to find it. Shipping is lightning fast considering I'm in central Alaska. On my first order there was a back ordered item and they gave me the option of choosing another color instead of waiting. They were quick to contact me and very professional. This is my second order from Breakout Bras and there is a definite possibility of a third sometime in the next year.
