I loved the bras I purchased and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the bras didn't fit so I needed to speak with customer service about exchanging them and this was done via e-mail. E-mail took numerous days. I would have much rather spoke to customer service on the phone like I had requested but I did not receive a reply to this request.

Website is a little tricky to navigate as items aren't grouped the way they are on more mainstream retail sites. It takes longer to find what you want. One item was a reorder of something I had bought before, and I could not find it by searching the site so I had to enter the item number from my previous order to find it. Shipping is lightning fast considering I'm in central Alaska. On my first order there was a back ordered item and they gave me the option of choosing another color instead of waiting. They were quick to contact me and very professional. This is my second order from Breakout Bras and there is a definite possibility of a third sometime in the next year.

My shopping experience at Breakout Bras was fantastic!  My salesperson, Sally, was so sweet and helpful.  The price was very reasonable.  After purchasing my Breakout Bra, all my clothing fits better and looks better on.  I purchased my bra in the store.  The store was very neat and organized and the staff was extremely helpful.  I have been recommending them to everyone I know!

It always takes longer than what is indicated for my items to get here. I have yet to receive my order and I can not track my order because I am in Canada and they cannot track international orders.

I knew what I wanted and got it. I had indicated I would be willing to accept a colour substitution rather than not receiving and that was done.

After waiting 2 weeks for my bra to arrive, I contacted Breakout Bras to find out the status of my order. I was then informed that there was no bras in that style left in the size I ordered and that the style had been discontinued so they could not replenish their stock. They said I should have received an email informing me of this, but I did not.

I love visiting the store but online purchase is good when we are unable to get there. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We especially like Ariel and Kelly.

I wasn't very pleased with my purchase. I ordered two of the same bras. One was already open when I recieved my package. I wore the bra 4 times and the underwire popped through the top. It scratched my daughter when I was nursing her. I am planning on contacting customer service today with my complaint and will be sending the other bra back for a refund.

after a week of ordering online, no shipping update so emailed breakoutbras.com to see what's going on.  Took them days to get back to me and tell me item is out of stock.  on their website, it states out of stock items will be restocked in days and an additional 20% discount will be compensated for the delay.  I emailed and called for a week, no response, and items were never shipped or restocked.  Finally after 2 weeks, I reported them to better business bureau before refund was issued.  Horrible seller.  Check out how many complaints were filed with better business bureau.  Try calling their customer service or email them first, and you will see there is none.

Beware, you have to read your description with a fine tooth comb because I bought a $119 bra that turned out to be a specialty item and they are claiming it is not returnable.  It took me 10 minutes of reading the description before I found it   Read full review...

I ordered an $89 swimsuit and wore it about 10 times before it developed a hole within 35 days of owning it.  Breakout Bras first said they would not accept a return outside their 21 day policy, but finally relented after I sent photos.  After they received the suit back for return, they changed their minds because "We do not find the item to be defective but well worn".  An $89 swimsuit was so "well worn" within 35 days that it developed a hole and they won't replace the product?  Not acceptable.  Watch out for this company!

Overall it was fabulous! One of my items is on backorder right now, but I was notified in a timely fashion of the situation. That wouldn't keep me from shopping Breakout Bras again. I've had a really great experience.

breakout bras is a greast website, items are priced fairly and they offer a discount to return shoppers and always free ground shipping - 2 great incentives to shop there. My orders are always accurate and are received quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Medela products. I have not shopped their other merchandise yet, but will soon.

International shipping did make it take a bit longer than expected, and because it was international the shipping tracking did not work. The product I recived isn't quite what I expected, but does fit the product description and is comfortable. (It was listed in the 'sports bra' category, but is a classic construction bra.)
