The shirt was damaged slightly, however the merchant was quick to offer refund, credit or exchange. I appreciate their quick response to my concerns.

I was told the item was out of stock and that I would be notified when it was available. Within a week I received an e-mail indicating the tent was back in stock and could be ordered. I immediately placed the order and then received an e-mail later that morning saying the item was not in fact, in stock. I replied wanting to know what had happened and the answer I received was that they miscalculated the available item by 1 and that I would not be receiving it afterall. They also said that the item would not be available in the future.

Initally I had decided never to shop at Bowl Bound again because the shipping/handling was much too high: $10 for 2 thin decals. When I contacted Bowl Bound, they agreed and refunded me $3. But next time I will need to find out the shipping/handling before I make my purchase. If it is still high I won't shop there.

There was a big hole in the box when it arrived but all of the 8 hammers I ordered were in the box although 2 of the individual hammers were missing their cardboard inserts. I believe I paid about $35 in S&H and maybe there needed to be more reinforcement for that box. I am pleased with the TCU, OSU & OU hammers and think our recipients will be happy to receive them for Christmas.

I received an email telling me my product was now available(I had tried to order it a few weeks back but it was on backorder). They were the only merchant that I had contacted that actually let me know my product was available. I placed the order on a Thursday and it was shipped the following Tuesday and arrrived on Thursday. I was emailed them to find out when it was being shipped because the tracking said pending - they emailed me back within an hour or so and told me it was being shipped and the tracking would be updated that night, which it was. I would definately use this merchant again.
