The only issue that I have is that this item was purchased as a Christmas present for my wife. When the item arrived my wife accepted delivery. The packaging clearly showed the contents and which spoiled the surprise. I would hope that in the future these items could be shipped in more discreet packaging.

My Shopping experience was excellent. The system is great. However, I ordered a Silver Platinum Sound Wave/CD Changer and received a Graphite Gray. The box says Silver Platinum, but it was Graphite Gray when I unpacked it??????????

Can't understand why they can mail the headphones out immediately but a simple thing like audio cables for it (would fit in an envelope) takes a month or more to arrive

Bose advised me that they had shipped the wrong version of radio to me and gave instruction how to return it. Once it arrived I followed the instructions and returned it, but I had to wait longer than expected for the proper merchandise to arrive. And then it came in two different shipments, which was confusing for me. I did not expect such a mix-up from a reputable company like Bose. But I have to admit that I do like the new Bose Wave Radio very much and have recommended to my friends to buy one too.

Finding the right remote on line was a bit harder than necessary since I had to call up the end product and then hit the accessories tab instead of putting in a part number or query on the home page. Other than that, the entire process was quite simple and the product arrived sooner than expected.

The Bose website was easy to navigate, shipping charges were reasonable, and the merchandise arrived early in the expected time frame. A phone call to customer service regarding a special offer received the day after the order was placed, was handled to my extreme satisfaction. Thanks Bose!
