I have to believe that most people who wrote a review did not have a problem with their order.  When you really determine how good a seller is, is after there is a problem.  The first thing you need to know about this bookseller is that if you order something and return it (for any reason) they do not refund your money; they send you a gift card to use on the site.  This is not stated during your shopping experience or during check out.  The second thing you need to know is that the sight is not accurate.  I ordered 7 items (1 book and 6 unabridged books on CD).  While shipping was fast what I got was (1 book and 2 unabridged books and 4 abridged books on CD).  So I contacted customer service with details of the error (including copying and pasting the book details from their website).  They apologized, sent me a postage label to print out for returning the items and reordered the items for me.  I received the second shipment about 10 days later and what should happen but the same exact incorrect order shows up.  I contact them a second time and request another shipping label and tell them that I either want what they promised or my money back.  At this point they do not respond.  Two e-mails later they send me another label, I return the books and then no word as to when I will get my money back (I paid via PayPal) and so they just needed to credit my account.  After another couple of requests what I get is not my money back but a gift card for what they owed me.  That is quite a scam.  One wrongly describe item online I would understand but 4 out of 7?  I have yet to get them to accept the gift card back and return my money.
