I bought two books on Jan. 8, 2008 from this vendor with an expedited shipping so that I can get the books for my class. Now, it is Jan. 25, 2008, and after three (3) calls to their costumer service to resolve this issue, I still don't have the other book. The other book I ordered got to me nine (9) days after. Apparently, they don't have the book, even though it said on the website that it is in stock. And they did not even bother to tell us or email us about it.

Their costumer service is not just bad; they are even rude and angry. Last time we called, they said the book will get to us no later than this week. When I called again today, they told me that I won't even get my book until next week (in a angry tone). She even said "What do you want me to do?" in the same angry tone. WOW!

I was also charged with expedited shipping. And they just gave me back the $5 for shipping because it came so late, even though shipping should be free for orders above $25.

VERY POOR SERVICE!

STUDENTS, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I bought this book for school, and now (3 weeks into classes), I still don't have my book.

LET US NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF SERVICE!
