Booksamillion.com Online Store is a good web source for book purchases. The pricing is comparable or less than similar online merchants, site is simple to shop at, orders arrive promptly and charges to your card are accurate. I recommend Books-A-Million for book purchases.

I happened upon Booksamillion.com Online Store while shopping for books for my oldest daughters birthday. She adores reading and, well, other than clothing, books requests consumed her want list (smart girl). Combine her adoration for reading with my addiction to online shopping, it is easy to understand that most book purchases arrive into this home from websites.

The Books-A-Million site is incredibly easy to use. I knew what books I wanted to purchase; she had provided me with exact titles and authors. I used the search box at the top of the home page, typed in a portion of the title and found the search results were very accurate (and fast). It was easy to place the desired book purchase(s) into my shoppping cart and proceed with checkout.

The subtotal of my order was 59.12, shipping was free, and there were no sales tax charges. Upon completion of the order, I received an order confirmation email. This email provided an invoice type of break down and company contact information. Additionally, I received a shipping confirmation email from BAMM.com.

I received the entire order one week after online ordering. The books were packaged carefully, package contents were accurate, and charges were placed to my card the day the order shipped. A "my account" quick access button is located along the top navigation of this site, making it easy to track your order.

Books-A-Million accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This merchant will also accept money orders and checks, however -as is understandable- these payment methods will likely cause a delay in shipping.

This merchant attempts to have customers purchase a Millionaire's Club Discount Card, thus saving the consumer an additional 10% off Booksamillion.com purchases for a year. Considering this was my first purchase with this merchant, purchasing a savings sort of card was not of interest to me.

As mentioned, shipping for my order was free. This site offers free standard shipping for orders totaling $25. or more. Booksamillion.com Online Store also offers three additional shipping options: standard ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. If you can wait 6-12 days for the shipment, I strongly recommend placing an order totaling more than $25. and taking advantage of the free shipping.

Overall I am very satisfied with the order placed at and received from Booksamillion.com. It is highly likely I will shop at this trustworthy online merchant again, especially considering I only purchased approximately 1/4 of the books on my daughters wish list.
