I will NEVER mail order from boaters world again. 1st product broken,called,told it would be replaced. 10 day's later ,no product,called again,told i never called re-order product & shows up filthy dirty,& rusty although it did have all the parts[finally]. cust. service is horrendus. need to take a lesson from west marine & Boat US

The items I ordered are not shipped from stock. So far, I have not received the order nor has the supplier been able to furnish an expected ship date. This was expected and is not a problem since the boat is a total renovation project and boating season is about over. We've got all winter to "get it right". I was taking advantage of a good discount on the normal price for these items so they were ordered well ahead of my actual need.

We liked it so much that we went to your local Boaters World and bought our VHF radio and all the things needed to put it on a mast to keep track of the boats from the house. I will NEVER deal with this company again: first when I wanted to return the shoes I could not take them back to a store, second when I called to find out what the process was to return had to talk to someone in INDIA Thats right INDIA isn't there someone who is out of work here able to do this work????? I thought paying $15 to try a pair of shoes on was a little much!!! Please take me off your list of any future emails.

I wanted the water ski in a hurry and ordered it with the appropriate expidited shipping. It was ordered in time to ship the same day. I did not recieve a shipping confirmation so I tried to contact the company using every available means with no success either by phone or e-mail. Someone finally e-mailed at night to say something was wrong with the order information. I could not contact them with a response either. I finally cancelled the order and recieved a confirmation of this the next day.

It would have been extremely helpful to know this product was backordered the moment I tried to order it. Your system took the order and then waited a week before I was notified it was backordered.
I was highly frustrated with the order over the next few weeks, however, your customer service was helpful. They responded promptly to my emails and need for assistance.
Thank you for helping me return this product without hasstle.

Customer service is horrible! I was charged the wrong price and had to make 2 phone calls and 1 email to get it reversed. I never received a response from my email on the issue even though I asked to be contacted.
The products are good but I would only purchase again if it was done by phone NOT through the internet.

received two seats, one with holes in it. requested pre-paid freight back, which happened, but wasn't credited with original freight amount. called in, was told I didn't get it back, got mad, then got it. receieved e-mail saying "order sent" so I thought seats had been re-shipped. No seats showed up, so I ordered from a different company. I was left with the feeling that no-one cared whether my order was filled or not, and if I'm going to spend $400 I expect to get two seats with no holes.

I could not make my purchase because the check out process demanded that I go to a new screen and create a special password to use my mastercard. I did not want to do this. After a phone call, the person at Boater's World was completely clueless about this procedure and was of no help. I purchased my item elsewhere and will never try another purcahase with Boater's World again.
